YANG Zhiyong is research fellow of the IFTE, and professor of the Graduate School of CASS. He received Ph.D in economics at Amoy University (1999), M.S. in economics at Amoy University (1996), and B.S. in economics at Shanxi College of Finance and Economics (1993). His primary fields of interest include public finance, Taxation and Chinese Economy.
