Abstract: The innovation level of producer service industry affects the economic competition status of the country in the world. How to promote the development of the producer service industry is the problem that any country cannot evade. Although there are many factors affecting the development of producer service industry, this paper constructs the model indicating that entrepreneurship and market demand are key factors. The authors make an empirical test of the important factors of the development of producer service industry, which proves the conclusions of theoretical research. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate entrepreneurship. On the other hand, the separation of productive service industry from the manufacturing industry should be accelerated in order to make production services more tradable and realize the specialization and scale development.
