胡玲，管理学博士，先后于浙江大学和中国社会科学院获得工学学士、经济学硕士及管理学博士学位。目前为财贸所博士后研究人员。
主要研究兴趣和专长为企业并购及整合、企业战略与组织、激励制度、绩效管理。曾在《经济管理》、《中国工业经济》、《中国经营报》，《商学院》等刊物发表管理类论文十余篇，并与他人合作出版书籍一本。

Dr. Hu Ling is a post-doctoral fellow at CASS. She holds PH.D degree in Management, Master degree in Economics and Bachelor degree in Engineering.
Her current research interests mainly focus on Post Merger Integration, Strategy and Structure, Incentives Design and Performance Management. Dr. Hu has led or participated as a key member in over 30 research projects or consulting projects.
