彭磊，经济学博士，现在商务部工作，曾任流通产业研究室副主任，副研究员。研究方向和领域为国际经济学国际贸易与投资方向、产业经济学商贸流通方向。参与主持多项部级以上课题，在《中国社会科学》、《财贸经济》等杂志发表文章数十篇，著有《后危机时代中国开放型经济》、《经济全球化与当代国际贸易》等专著。联系方式：penglei2005@263.net

Dr. PENG Lei is the deputy director of the Department of Circulation Industry Studies. His research focuses on international trade and investment, and commercial circulation. He has participated and presided over a number of ministerial issues research, and published dozens of articles in the journals such as the China Social Sciences and the Finance and Economic, and books such as Post-Crisis Era of china's Openness Economy and The Economic Globalization and Contemporary International Trade.
