温桂芳，研究员、博士生导师，中国价格协会常务理事，享受政府特殊津贴专家。1982年进入中国社会科学院财政与贸易经济研究所，主要从事价格理论与价格改革研究，主持和参与国家级和中国社会科学院重点课题20多项，主要著作有《市场价格学新论》、《价格管理的现状和进一步发挥价格杠杆作用研究》、《我国水资源及其价格管理制度改革研究》、《我国粮食价格改革研究》、《中国住房制度改革研究》等。

英文简介：
Professor WEN Guifang is the supervisor of Ph.D. candidate, the member of China Association of prices, the winner of special government allowance. He has been work in IFTE since 1982. His primary areas of expertise are pricing theory and pricing reformation. He has led more than twenty scientific programs. His mainly works are new theory of market pricing, Price management status and the role of price leverage, the reform of water resources pricing mechanism and management, the reform of Chinese gain pricing mechanism and Housing System Reform in China.
