He Dexu, male, born in 1962 in Qianjiang, Hubei Province, Director of National Academy of Economic strategies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, professor and doctoral supervisor of Graduate School, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is also an expert in the subject evaluation group of the National Social Science Foundation, the executive director of the China Finance Society and the vice president of the China Rural Finance Society. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado and the University of Southern California, and a postdoctoral fellow at Southwest University of Finance and Economics and the National Information Center.
