Dr. ZHANG Deyong is an associate research fellow and postgraduate tutor in IFTE, CASS. His fields of specialization are fiscal theory, fiscal policy and fiscal management. He has presided over some research projects funded by CASS, IFTE and other government entities, as well as taken part in many research projects funded by Budgetary Affairs Commission of the National people's Congress, ministry of finance, China’s Environmental Planning Institution, Beijing Development and Reform Commission, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance and so on.
