Dr. JIANG Xuemei is the assistant research fellow of IFTE, CASS. Dr. Jiang got her PH.D degree of Philosophy in the Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University, Japan. Dr. Jiang’s research mainly focuses on urban Economics and real estate economics, such as housing polices, housing security, sustainable urban development strategy and so on. As a key member, Dr. Jiang has participated in about 10 research projects funded by National Foundation of Social Sciences, IFTE CASS and so on. She has written some chapters of 7 books such as “Annual Report of Development of Chinese Housing Market”, “Report of Global Urban Competitiveness of Macao” and so on.
