HUANG Qunhui, HUO Jingdong:Industrial Convergence and Servitization of Manufacturing: Cases Study Based on Integrated Solution

Abstract：As for the change of demand, economic globalization, fierce competition and technological progress, boundaries among industries get blurred.Servitization of manufacturing characterized by industrial convergence is becoming a prominent phenomenon gradually.This paper analyzed the connotation, driving force, and paths of integrated solutions and converged path in the way of multiple case studies.We put forward policy suggestions of integrated solutions, which include eliminating policy discrimination, breaking segmentation of departments, establishing integrated industrial policy, reforming the growth pattern of service industry and fostering new types of business to make breakthroughs in key industries, and enhancing human capital level.
