WANG Zhenyu,etc:Ecological Civilization, Economic Growth and Fiscal Policy Tropism——Based on Ecological Footprints Model in Liaoning

Abstract  Facing serious situation of resource, environment pollution and ecosystem degradation, China has put the ecological civilization in a prominent position and has taken a series of strategic deployment. This paper quantitatively analyzes the situation of ecological civilization with Ecological Footprint Model based on the sample of Liaoning, and evaluates the results of fiscal policy in promoting the balanced development of economic growth and ecology from the dimensions of ecological efficiency and Environmental Kuznets Curve. Lastly, this paper puts forward the fiscal policy tropism.
