Abstract:This article analyzed the organization system structures in China's international trade industries, and realized that China's foreign trade faced the issues of lacking independent trade channels and networks and seriously channel hold-up due to overly relying on foreign intermediaries' channels. This paper also set up the theoretical foundation for the organization system development of China's independent international trade industries, and empirical evidence showed that narrowing the gaps of institution and culture promoted the development of intermediaries' channels. Channel members who are similar with each other in governance culture integrated compatibly. Manufacturers need to give up more interests so as to keep foreign intermediaries' channels loyal and sustainable, and to build up independent internal trade channels so as to get maximized interest. Therefore, China need to transform the organizational mode of foreign trade, to build up an independent industrial organization system in order to meet globalization, especially to build up independent internal trade channels and network system.
