PENG Bo:The Study of Logistics Enterprises Service Pricing Based on the Strategic Partnership of Supply Chain

Abstract: At present, the speeding up of economic globalization makes the supply chain upstream and downstream of logistics enterprises and customers in an increasingly complex and changeable market environment. Logistics enterprises need to establish strategic partnership with clients to obtain long-term gains, customers also need logistics enterprises to provide high-quality service with low price, in order to improve the core competitiveness. The paper thoroughly analyses the strategic cooperative partnership of supply chain between logistics enterprises and customers, holding that to form a supply chain strategic partnership is a shortcut to realize a win-win result for logistics enterprise and customers, and indicates that the long-term cooperative relationship between the two sides can bring a future business profit for logistics enterprises. Considering that the future business profit obtained from established strategic cooperative partnership of the supply chain can adjust and compensate current price intertemporally, this paper builds a price decision model of logistics enterprise based on the strategic cooperative partnership of supply chain to maximize the long-term interests of both sides. Finally, by using some customers’ relevant data from 2007 to 2011 provided by a large Ningbo international logistics company, this paper calculates service price discount range of logistics enterprises under the strategic cooperative partnership of supply chain.
