Abstract: Finance is the core of modern economy, which is related to development and security. On the basis of analyzing the logic mechanism of financial support for Chinese path to modernization, this paper discusses the ideological roots of symbiosis and co prosperity of finance and economy from the perspective of systematic circulation; How to deconstruct financial reform through institutional innovation to reduce information asymmetry, reduce transaction costs, effectively alleviate financing constraints, promote resource optimization allocation, and prevent and resolve financial risks; Describe how to coordinate financial development and financial security, use appropriate government intervention and institutional constraints to curb the endogenous instability of macro finance, restrain structural arbitrage opportunities in the process of gradual reform, and build a financial Safety barrier for Chinese path to modernization with the strategy design of "Dayu Improvement" that takes both internal and external considerations and encourages compatibility, providing experience and enlightenment for understanding and promoting Chinese path to modernization.
