China able to meet annual growth target:NDRC

BEIJING - China has the capabilities and confidence to achieve its annual economic growth target of 7.5 percent this year, Xu Shaoshi,  head of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China's top economic planner, told Xinhua Wednesday.
