The Fifth China-Korea International Seminar was held in Beijing

 On October 31^st, 2012, the Fifth China-Korea International Seminar, cosponsored by CASS and theSouth Korea’s National Research Council for Economics, Humanities, and Social Sciences, and organized by National Academy of Economic Strategy, CASS, was convened inBeijing. The theme of this seminar was “the current situation and the prospect of the economic, cultural and social development betweenChina andSouth Korea”. Vice-president Li Yang was present and addressed to the public. This seminar, sectioned into three aspects which are economic development, cultural communication and social welfare, inspired deep discussions. Gao Peiyong, Chuai Zhenyu and Jing Linbo presided over the seminar in turn. 120 guests fromChina andSouth Korea were present.
