Fiscal Reform in China: 1978-2008, coauthored by Yang Zhiyong and Yangzhigang, researchers at the National Academy of Economic Strategy, CASS, was published by Cengage Learning Publishing House in 2012. This book focuses on the reform of China’s financial system from 1978-2008. Financial reform has been playing a significant role in all the other reforms, such as agricultural reform, state-owned enterprises reform and price reform.
